Organization of Public institution is regulated by Statute of internal organization and functioning
PI Žumberak – Samoborsko gorje Nature Park consists of three internal organizational units:

⟩ Department of professional services of protection, preservation, promotion and utilizing the Nature Park
⟩ Department of monitoring
⟩ Department of general services

PROFESSIONAL DEPARTMENT

⟩ Lovorka Jakopec, B.Sc. (Agric). – Professional service executive
⟩ Kristijan Brkić, geography teacher – Technical coordinator on project "Wells of life"
⟩ Stjepan Gregorić, B.Sc. (Agric). – Senior staff consultant
⟩ Katarina Husnjak – Malovec, biology teacher – Education executive
⟩ D.Sc. Tatjana Vujnović, B.Sc. (Geol). – Staff consultant
⟩ Morena Želja Želle, B.Sc. (Arch and Art History). – Staff consultant and director of Eco-centre Budinjak

Department of professional services of protection, preservation, promotion and utilizing the Nature Park is in charge for professional activities for protection, maintenance, preservation, promotion and utilization of the Nature Park with a special accent on making managing plans, annual programs and their implementation, as well as landscape and living creatures monitoring, maintenance of cultural monuments, monitoring of capital investments, info-centers activities and other professional services.

DEPARTMENT OF MONITORING

Department of monitoring is in charge for monitoring the Nature Park according to the Nature Protection Act and the Statute of internal organization and functioning of Žumberak – Samoborsko gorje Nature Park, protection, preservation and promotion of the park, as well as planning, organizing and implementation of educational visits, ecological education of visitors and the locals, visitors' security, coordination of research leaders with other projects, cooperation with estate owners and users, surveillance of legal activities and maintenance of infrastructural objects.

DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND GENERAL SERVICES

Department of general and administrative activities is in charge for administrative, personnel, legal, financial, book-keeping and account services, as well as computer, professional and technical activities of premises, equipment and vehicle maintenance and other technical and cleaning activities in the Park's premises.
